About
I have always found traveling independently, with no attachments and no responsibilities (other than finding a place to sleep for the night and perhaps where to find good coffee), the cure for restlessness. But it’s tough being a professional photographer and leaving behind ideas of traveling and documenting my destinations. But with plenty of luck backing me I was able to spend my time in Iceland capturing places that not only intrigued, but also inspired.
My plans were often haphazard and I found good travel information along the way usually from other travelers. But I also found worthy places by going in a direction that felt right.
This site is about finding and sharing the stories behind each journey. So feel free to register (it’s a Wordpress site) and post your stories and photos of Iceland. You can also leave practical information in Tips and Useful Things.
